I provide custom quotes for all drafting services.
- For example, drafting a contract may cost $500. While drafting an LLC package, including a multi-member operating (ownership) agreement with buy-sell agreement may cost $1000.
If you schedule an appointment with the primary purpose of determining your drafting needs, that appointment fee will be credited against the drafting fee.
- For example, if you scheduled an appointment with the sole purpose of discussing drafting a $500 contract. The $250 appointment fee will be credited against the $500 cost of drafting.
If you purchase a form template, you can later decide to have me help you in completing it. You will need to sign up for an appointment to discuss your drafting needs. The appointment fee of $250 and the cost of the template will be credited against the document drafting fee. The drafting fee for many documents, such as simple contracts that require 1 hour or less of drafting time, will be fully covered by the appointment fee.
- For example, if you purchase a template for $20. You schedule an appointment for $250 to discuss drafting assistance. At the appointment, the quoted rate for drafting is $300. The remaining fee before drafting will begin is $30.
My hourly rate is $250. All appointments have a fixed, minimum duration of 1 hour.
All services rendered outside of an appointment are carried out based upon a price quoted during the requisite appointment. Services begin once the quoted amount is paid.
Note: If the sole purpose of a scheduled appointment is to determine your document drafting needs, the $250 fee will be credited against the quoted drafting fee. For example, if the purpose of an appointment is to discuss drafting a sales agent agreement quoted at $500. Your remaining fee due prior to starting the drafting services will be $250.
You access the guides and templates on a page that provides an explanation of what the specific document does, why you need it, a recommended way to use it, and common provisions (for templates only).

I serve businesses throughout the state of Georgia. The majority of my work with clients is carried out remotely. This practice model allows me to serve clients outside of my immediate geographic location.
This process begins by booking and appointment to discuss the legal document. During that meeting, I will undertake a preliminary review of the document.
If a more thorough analysis and explanation is required, I provide a quote for reviewing the document and providing a written and verbal explanation. Once the quoted amount is paid, we schedule an appointment during which we will discuss the document, and I provide a written explanation.
You have until 72 hrs before the appointment to cancel the appointment. To reschedule, simply schedule a new appointment.
