What is an Addendum?

An addendum refers to additional material or documents attached to a contract which provides more details than what is contained in the body of the document.

When used in a contract, to be enforceable, all parties to a contract must consent to or sign the addendum. This means that all the parties must agree to the modification made to the initial agreement.
